It is reported that the Dalian Hotel is located in the central Zhongshan District of the city, formerly known as the "Liaodong Hotel", and is the highest building in Dalian. It has received many national leaders such as Zhou Enlai and Song Qingling, and has important historical significance. After renovation, it will inject new vitality into this century old building.

It is worth mentioning that this project is also another important decision made by Dalian after Dalian Hotel confirmed to change its brand to Fairmont. The determination of Dalian's urban renewal is evident.
